Delta Political Octopus Asupa Congratulates Oborevwori On Appeal Court Victory
Member representing Burutu North, Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Asupa Peter Forteta, also known as the political octopus of Delta State has congratulated Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and Delta 2023 Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governorship Candidate on his appeal court victory over David Edevwie.
The congratulatory message was contained in a statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen in Asaba yesterday, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.
Hon. Asupa had also called on the PDP family to unite and not to be involved in litigation among themselves, stressing that the victory of Oborevwori is a sign that the Lord Almighty has chosen him as the anointed one to rule Delta State as Governor come 2023.
However, Forteta who is the PDP candidate for Burutu North ahead of 2023 had expressed optimism that come 2023, if elected, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori will make a good Governor in Delta State.
He particularly called on everyone to come together in order to support the Sheriffication project for a better Delta State.
