Ogbe-Ijoh/Aladja Peace Move: Harrysong Host Youths, Hails Oborevweri
In Asaba, The E.A “Executive Assistant” to the governor of delta state on Entertainment, Mr. Harrison Tare Okiri ( AKA HARRYSONG) hosted the delegates of Ogbe-Ijoh and Aladja Communities that where invited by the Commissioner, ministry of youth development for peace talk.
In his remark, he said it’s a thing of joy to see Aladja youths and Ogbe-Ijoh youths together in one place to talk wayforward on how to make peace in our environment, he encouraged them to embrace peace and listen to the voice of the government.
He thanked his Excellency RT. HON. Sheriff Francis Oborevweri, the executive governor of delta state who is ever committed to the well-being of deltan’s.
He said his Excellency is a man with rear wisdom and vast knowledge about governance, he has promised to make Delta State peaceful and Ogbe-Ijoh and Aladja case will not be exempted.
He also appreciate Dr. Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac, honourable Commissioner ministry of youth development, SSG to the state government Hon. Kingsley Emu, Hon. Edwin Uzor the senior special Adviser to the governor on conflict resolution and cream of other government functionaries who joined them for this crucial Peace talk.
I believe this will go along way in bringing permanent peace between the two communities and also encouraged the youth delegates to trust and rely on the government so we could remain Committed to the peace process. He posited.
