Ladies and gentlemen.

It is a privilege to be part of this all important occasion (Inauguration of committees within Burutu-Bomadi Zone) in compliance with the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) Implementation of the host communities development trust (HCDT).

The Communities has been engaging both the Federal Government and the Oil and gas prospecting companies for involvement in developmental efforts. Here is one opportunity offered us to get involved at some level. Expectations from communities are high and our conducts will go a long way in achieving the desired goal.

Participatory efforts will be required from those at various levels such as the member board of trustee, executive management Committee, non executive management Committee and advisory Committee.

Various Committee members should try and work together as a team to achieve the expected result.

All hands must be on deck to ensure a productive and successful tenure.
Thank you and God bless.
