Ekpelegha Congratulates Dr Otuaro On PAP Appointment As Administrator

Self styled General Anthony Ebi Ekpelagha has added his voice to that of others in congratulating Chief Dennis Burutu Otuaro PhD on his appointment as Administrator of the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
This was contained in a statement he personally signed and issued to newsmen in Warri yesterday, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.
General Ekpelagha stated that the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) is now in safe hands under Chief Dennis Otuaro as its Administrator.
According to him, Otuaro as a man among the people who have spent decades in the Niger Delta struggle for resource control and self determination is surely the right man for the job at the moment.
Speaking further, Anthony had expressed optimism that Dr. Dennis will bring a lot of transformations into the programme as he truly understands the underpinnings of the programme.
Ekpelagha who is from oil rich Diebiri Kingdom in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State had assured the new PAP boss of his support whenever the need arises.
Meanwhile, he had particularly prayed to the Lord Almighty to continue to give Chief Otuaro the needed knowledge and wisdom to face the task ahead of him as the Administrator of PAP.
