James Dekawei Hails Otuaro On PAP Appointment, Says Program Will Be Great Again

Former supervisory councillor in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon. James Dekawei, popularly known as Jiga has congratulated High Chief Dennis Burutu Otuaro Ph D on his well-deserved appointment as Administrator of the Niger Delta Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
Hon. James Dekawei had while congratulating Dr. Dennis Otuaro have also appreciated His Excellency, President Bola Tinubu for finding Otuaro worthy of such appointment, describing it as a reward for hard work.
The former supervisory councillor issued the congratulatory message yesterday in Warri, a copy of which was sent to The Liberator Newspapers Worldwide.
According to him, Chief Dennis Burutu Otuaro will no doubt bring in his wealth of experience in enabling the program achieved its set objectives.
Speaking further, Dekawei said Dr. Dennis Otuaro is coming to man the Amnesty Programme at a time his services are needed most, adding that the jubilation that greeted Otuaro’s appointment across the country and Niger Delta in particular is a testament to the fact that he is a man of the people.
Jiga had also prayed to the Lord Almighty to continue to endear Otuaro with more knowledge and unprecedented wisdom to pilot the affairs of the program to the promised land, stressing that he is extremely happy as the new PAP boss is a result oriented leader.
